Appointments and Tele‑health
Submitting an appointment request through the Site does not create a doctor‑patient relationship until confirmed by our staff. Tele‑health services are subject to separate informed‑consent forms provided at the time of service.

- (e) Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual Property
